3/29/2022 FDA UPDATE: A Second booster dose of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine or Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine may be administered to  individuals 50 years of age and older at least 4 months after receipt of a first booster dose of any authorized or approved COVID-19 vaccine. 

PFIZER ( FIRST/SECOND DOSE ) ELIGIBILITY:-  12 Years or Older. 
PFIZER 1ST BOOSTER/2ND BOOSTER DOSE ELIGIBILITY:-  Everyone ages 12 and older should get a Pfizer 1st booster shot  5 months after their initial Pfizer series & everyone ages 18 and older should get a 1st booster shot  5 months after  their initial Moderna series or 2 months after their initial J&J vaccine. Everyone ages 50 and older should get a 2nd booster dose 4 months after 1st booster dose.
MODERATELY TO SEVERELY IMMUNOCOMPROMISED 12+ YEARS- ( Pfizer Covid-19 Vaccine-> 1st Dose ->2nd Dose:21-42 Days after 1st dose, 3rd Dose -> 28 Days after 2nd Dose -> 1st Booster: 3 Months after 3rd dose -> 2nd Booster: 4  months after 1st Booster)
MODERNA ( FIRST/SECOND DOSE ) ELIGIBILITY:-  18 Years or Older.
MODERNA 1ST BOOSTER/2ND BOOSTER DOSE ELIGIBILITY:-  Everyone ages 18 and older should get a 1st booster shot either when they are 5 months after their initial Pfizer or Moderna series or 2 months after their initial J&J vaccine.       Everyone ages 50 and older should get a 2nd booster dose 4 months after 1st booster dose.
MODERATELY TO SEVERELY IMMUNOCOMPROMISED 18+ YEARS- (Moderna Covid-19 Vaccine:- 1st Dose ->2nd Dose:21-42 Days after 1st dose -> 3rd Dose: 28 Days after 2nd Dose -> 1st Booster: 3 Months after 3rd dose -> 2nd Booster: 4 months after 1st Booster  & Janssen Covid-19 Vaccine:- 1st Dose -> 2nd additional dose using an mRNA vaccine: >28 days after 1st dose -> 1st Booster : >28 days after additional dose -> 2nd Booster:  >4 Months after 1st Booster )
JANSSEN COVID-19 VACCINE  ELIGIBILITY  18+ Years- 1st Dose (J&J) -> 1st Booster dose:  >2 months after 1st dose ( J&J, Pfizer or Moderna ), -> 2nd Booster for 50+ years: 4 months after 1st booster dose of Pfizer/Moderna. 

Pfizer Pediatric Covid-19 Vaccine Eligibility(5 to 11 years old):-1st Dose ->2nd Dose:21-42 Days after 1st Dose ->3rd Dose ONLY FOR MODERATE TO SEVERELY IMMUNOCOMPROMISED: 28 days after 2nd dose  ** NO BOOSTER AUTHORIZED**
