INDIVIDUALS ARRIVING FOR TESTING

For any individual arriving for testing, please park in our designated parking lot which can be found at the side of our building

Please remain in your vehicle and call us at (610)369-3888 then select option 3 to be connected to the "curbside" line

We will request your name and the make and model of your car

All testing is performed outside to maintain safety even if you are asymptomatic or testing for travel

Please bring your License or Photo ID, along with a photo of the front and back of your insurance card.

All of our tests have FDA Emergency Use Authorization (EUA).

Please note: Each testing appointment takes 10 to 15 minutes to complete

At this moment, we can only test individuals 3 years or older.

Please do not book multiple appointments at a time; duplicate appointments will be cancelled.

If you are unable to come for your appointment, please change or cancel the appointment via the link in confirmation email. When you cancel your appointment, we can give appointment to someone who needs it.

INDIVIDUALS ARRIVING FOR VACCINATIONS

Please be sure to bring your current insurance or Medicare "Red, White and Blue" card if applicable and your CDC vaccination card 

If you have challenges walking or need mobility assistance, please call us at (610)369-3888 and we will be happy to assist you by providing a curbside vaccination

For any individual under the age of 18, we request a parent or guardian please be present at the time of vaccination
